Lessons are given online or at the student's home, so there is no business address open to visitors. The permit number above is published on purpose: it is the proof that this activity is carried out lawfully in the United Arab Emirates, and it can be checked with the Ministry.

The content, design, and layout of this website are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material from this site is prohibited.
This is the most sensitive processing on this site, and it deserves to be described plainly. The only way to book a lesson is to send a WhatsApp message to +971 56 888 4482, and the site asks you, in the "How it works" section, to describe the student: age, level and goals.
Who the students are. Many of them are children, some of them of kindergarten age. Information about a child is personal data belonging to that child, not to the person typing it.
The request must come from a parent. If the student is a minor, only a parent or legal guardian should send that first message. Please do not ask a child to write it, and please do not send details about someone else's child.
Purpose. The age, level and goals you describe are used for one thing only: assessing whether Agnes can help, and preparing a suitable lesson plan. They are never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared with another family.
Recipient. WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, part of the Meta group, whose parent company Meta Platforms, Inc. is established in the United States. Message content is end-to-end encrypted, so Meta does not read what you write, but Meta does process the data around it: your phone number, the number you write to, when you write, how often, and from which device. That processing takes place under Meta's own terms, over which this site has no control, and it involves a transfer outside the United Arab Emirates and outside the European Union.
Retention. These messages live in a WhatsApp conversation on a phone, inside an application run by someone else. No automatic deletion can be set up there, so no fixed period is announced on this page: announcing one would mean promising something that no mechanism would enforce. In practice the conversation is kept for as long as the lessons continue, and it is deleted by hand once a family stops taking lessons or asks for it to be deleted. You can ask at any time, and you do not have to give a reason.
Erasure. Write to agnes.sarrau@gmail.com or send a WhatsApp message asking for the conversation about your child to be deleted, and it will be deleted from the phone. Deleting it on Agnes's side does not delete it from your own device, nor whatever Meta keeps under its own policy: you should also delete the conversation on your phone.

This website does not require login or registration, and it does not store your language preference: the language switch works only for the time you spend on the page and is forgotten as soon as you leave. An earlier version of this notice described a language cookie. There is none, and there never was.
Google Analytics. This site used to load Google Analytics 4 on every page, without asking you first. It was removed on 22 August 2026. No Google script is loaded any more, and the two cookies it used to set, _ga and _ga_QKFHCF475N, are no longer created. If they are still stored in your browser from an earlier visit, you can delete them from your browser settings.
Umami. Visits are also counted by Umami, a separate audience measurement tool that is self-hosted, in its default configuration. Umami sets no cookie and writes nothing to your device: a visit is attached to a session through a fingerprint computed on the server, whose salt is rotated every day, so the same visitor cannot be recognised from one day to the next nor from one site to another. What is recorded is the page viewed, the referring page, the country, the device type and the browser language. Because nothing is written to your device, this measurement does not require prior consent, but it still had to be disclosed, which is what this paragraph does. These measurements are kept for twenty-five months and then deleted. Umami has no retention setting of its own, so the deletion is carried out by a scheduled task that purges the older rows from its database.
